
2 Cups Brown Rice- You'll want to prepare the rice as usual, and set it aside so you can add the rest in later.
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 Yellow Onion chopped
1 Garlic clove chopped
2 Tbs. Turmeric powder
1 Parsley bunch chopped
3 Carrots chopped
Sauté all the ingredients in a saucepan until the carrots are tender. Then, add in the rice and stir everything together until well combined. Serve and enjoy on its own or pair it with your favorite protein. Personally, I love adding grilled chicken breast for an extra touch of flavor!
