2.5 Cups water
1 Cup uncooked Quinoa
Cook Quinoa according to directions in boiling water, then add the following:
1Tbs. Cumin
1/2 Tsp. Turmeric
1Tsp. Salt
1Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
